Got some ideas for New Products or Services?
Businesses wishing to carry out research and development into new products and services are able to tap into funding from a number of sources. Support can be available from UK and European sources, by which we mean the UK Government and its various agencies and the European Commission.
Small businesses can obtain up to one million euro from the EC for new product development and have the research carried out by univeristies or research organisations on their behalf. R and D funding can also be obtained from UK Governement sources and other non governmental agencies.

Small Businesses are eleigible for up to one million euro contribution from the European Commission to cover the eleigible costs of R&D. The project has to be an international project and involve other small businesses from other EU member states as partners on the project. The project can last up to two years.
